DRAW BLOOD

Remove PRP tube from pouch. Wipe top with clean alcoholswab prior to blood draw. Following accepted blood collectionguidelines, draw the patient’s blood into PRp tube.

INVERT TUBE

Invert PRP tubes7 (seven) times to mix anti-coagulant withpatient’s blood.Wipe tops with clean alcohol swab.Centrifugetube within 6 (six) minutes of blood draw.

SPIN PRP

Turn on centrifuge and unlock lid, Place PRP tubes intoindividual tube holders across from each other to achievea balanced load in the centrifuge, or use appropriate counterbalance Lock the lid.

PRP EXTRACTION -INVERT TUBE

Remove tubes from tube holders.Using aseptic technique, connectsterile syringe to a long needle and insert long needle through thestopper, aspirate the PRP into the syringe. Once the PRP is transferredinto the syringe, the product is ready for use.Please refer to Table l for appropriate PRP volume.
